*** My New Daily Skincare Routine ***
Hello guys ^^
I changed my skin care routine a little bit in the past few months and would like to let you know about it :)
*****
Here my products:
Products listed:
Cleaning:
1. BIODERMA Sebium purifying and foaming gel for combination/ oily skin
- does not irritate your eyes
- removes also water-proof make-up
- does not dry out skin
2. Make-up removing sponges by EBELIN
- since I use those sponges, my skin got clearer and smother
- it removes almost everything without irritating skin
- not harsh to skin due to soft texture
3. Baby OIL by PENATEN for removing my make up
- I use cotton pads or baby wipes
- I use the oil before I clean my face with the Bioderma wash + sponge
- baby oil is great for removing all of your make-up - even waterproof
- it is cheap and effective, way cheaper compared to my normal make-up remover milk from The Body Shop

Moisturizing/ Protection
4. The Body Shop Carrot Moisture Cream
- still the best moisturizer I know, unfortunately The Body Shop discontinued it in Germany
- leaves my skin sooooo wonderfully smooth, calm
- moisturizes skin very well
- does not cause any pimples
- even though the ingredients are very "simple" compared to other moisturizers, it is so far the best for my skin ( I tried almost everything on the market)
- if u are interested you can still get it on ebay

5. Avene Cleanance Sunscreen 30SPF (for oily, acne prone skin)
- great for using on the face during summer to protect your skin from any sun damage
- oil-control wise it's ok, but not the best - but compared to other sunscreens for the face it is definitely on of the best on the market
- does not cause any pimples - great for acne-rpone skin
- smell is ok too
MY TIPP:
Don't waste your money on all these high-end products to fight acne prone skin e.g. Clinique, Biotherm etc.
In the last couple of years I tried almost every brand on the market: from low-end to high-end, and in the end i just wasted a loooot of money!!!
It's better to buy only few products and stick with them if they work for you :)
If you are really satisfied with your face products, don't change your regime. I know it is hard due to all these new and fancy products :(
I used to change my daily regime very often and it made my skin really sensitive and worse in it's condition.
My experience is that products from the pharmacy often work so much better.
Better use products for sensitive skin. Most of the acne products on the market will just dry out your skin or are too aggressive, which will make oil production and skin irritations/ pimples worse.
I experienced- even with pretty oily skin, my skin looks so much healthier with a good moisturizer. The carrot cream, as I know, also contains oil - but my skin seems to like it. Don't skip the moisturizing step, because not using a good one could make your skin condition even worse.
OVERALL:
THE LESS, THE BETTER
DON'T WASTE MONEY ON HIGH- END PRODUCTS
OILY SKIN DOES NEED A GOOD MOISTURIZER TOO
