Review Benefits Cha Cha Tint

Benefits CHA CHA Tint

I purchased this Tint by Benefit several weeks ago

Reason: I've read so many awesome reviews about it until I actually started to believe that I MUST have this item (as usual) in order to survive ^^

****

The Product:

Purpose:
Tint for lips and cheeks to give you a healthy, natural-looking glow/blush-effect

Color:
pinkish, peachy- great for summer, suits almost every skin tone (not so much for really dark-skinned ladies, may be too light

Texture;
between liquid and gel-like texture, definitely thicker compared to the red tint by Benefit

Effectivity:
You just need a very small amount to achieve a natural look. 2-3 drops are enough

Lasting-effect:
lasts pretty long, even on oily skin, does not fade much during the day

Usage:
apply some drops on your cheeks or lips (with its applicator) and rub it into your skin as fast as you can to achieve a natural look. Is easier if your moisturize your skin first. Don't apply it on dry skin to avoid streakiness

My Opinion:

for me it was kind of waste of money. WHY?

1) it is really hard to blend - it tends to look streaky and unnatural if you don't blend it fast. It needs a lot of practice I guess and I don't have time for it. Not recommended for "beginners"!!!

2) does not look good on skin with acne scars (cheek area)- so better stay away from it, if you have - it will enhance your scars even more. Better stick with your powder blush- looks more natural and clean!!!

3) I would use it more as a lip tint, but therefore it is just too pricey (ridiculous prices as usual.....) There are cheaper alternatives (Tony Moly etc.)

Overall:
2/ 5
